Labs & Venture Programs

Venturing in Service of Systems Change

RADIUS lab and venture programs work with entrepreneurs, community members, and key stakeholders in specific problem areas to develop and accelerate good ideas, build capacity for ongoing innovation, and identify and act upon opportunities for positive systemic change.

In working towards a just and equitable economic transformation, we believe that to affect meaningful societal change, entrepreneurship can play an important part. Still, we need to look beyond individual ventures and solutions to engage with and influence the broader systems of which they are a part.

Each RADIUS lab aims to:

  • develop capacity for systems leadership;
  • incubate & uphold social ventures as models of the economy we wish to see;
  • identify & make visible barriers & opportunities to affect systems dynamics;
  • build the required networks to collaborate for systems change.
